Are the poles galvanized?

Yes, the primary corrosion protection is provided by hot-dip galvanizing, in accordance with the ČSN EN 1461 standard.

Can the poles be painted?

In collaboration with leading painting companies in the Czech Republic, we can arrange to have the poles painted in any RAL or AKZO color.

How are the poles delivered?

We ensure delivery by our own transport to the designated location according to pre-agreed terms.

The unloading of goods is handled by the customer.

What are the benefits of the base covers?

"Steel or plastic base covers are designed to protect the pole at the point of installation, where the pole is most exposed to corrosive environments."

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the current production workload. Typically, hot-dip galvanized products are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks from the order date. For poles that are both hot-dip galvanized and painted, delivery times extend to 4 to 6 weeks.

What are the poles made from?

The poles are made from high-quality seamless and welded pipes in grades S235, S235 JRH, S350 J2H, certified with mill test certificates, and are surface-treated with hot-dip galvanizing (both externally and internally) according to the ČSN EN 1461 standard.

What is the diameter of the light for mounting on the bracket?

All types of brackets manufactured by AMAKO spol. s r.o. have a diameter of 60mm at the end, allowing them to fit lights with a 60mm mounting base. If your light has a different mounting diameter, a custom bracket can be made to fit.

What is thermoplastic?

It is a surface treatment for steel poles used in public lighting, applied by coating them with a thermoplastic powder that is 0.35-0.40mm thick. The coating fuses under high temperature, forming a bond with very high adhesion. This creates a perfect connection with the base material and allows it to penetrate into its structure.

Where do you distribute the poles?

We are currently the largest seller of poles in the Czech Republic, and we also operate in Slovakia and Hungary. Through our business partners, we supply to Germany, Bulgaria, and Slovenia. We are currently starting to collaborate with Austria.

Will I receive a declaration of conformity for the goods?

Currently, the declaration of conformity has been replaced by a certificate of durability, which you can download in the download section. The certificate of durability covers all products listed in the catalog. A declaration of conformity is issued upon customer request, only for custom-made products.
